 Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 Shipping & Delivery Time

After processing, USPS delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, postal delays, or peak periods.

There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number when picking the upgraded shipping option at checkout. Standard orders will receive no tracking number because it was shipped in a plain letter envelope. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
